You are invited to participate in a research project entitled "Clothing Issues of Contemporary Post-Mastectomy Women" designed to analyze whether the clothing needs and desires of post-mastectomy women are being met by the clothing industry. This study looks at preferred places to obtain clothing. We are interested in understanding your decision to purchase current clothing offered for sale and what changes would be needed for you to be satisfied with the clothing that you purchase. This study is being conducted by Dr Kieran Fogarty and Carol Beard, RN, BSN, MA from Western Michigan University, Department of Health and Human Services. This research is being conducted as part of the dissertation requirements for Carol Beard.

This survey is comprised of 32 multiple choice (some questions have several parts) and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Your replies will be completely anonymous, so do not put your name anywhere on the form. You may choose to not answer any question and simply leave it blank. If you choose to not participate in this survey, you may leave the website without finishing the survey. Completing the survey indicates your consent for use of the answers you supply.
